My Order

When validating your order, you will be asked to create an account on Gemmissime.com and to complete the information we need to process your order. Creating an account is necessary to order on Gemmissime.com .

We ship in France and internationally using La Poste tracking number services (such as Lettre Suivie or Colissimo depending on the nature of the order).

For orders to a destination shipped outside the European Union, you may be asked to pay customs duties, local taxes or import duties.

These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of KT CREATIONS & CO, owner of the Gemmissime.com website. They are the responsibility of the Buyer and are his entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the local authorities and/organizations. It is therefore up to you to inquire with the competent local authorities. 

We will ship your order within a maximum of 2 working days, after receiving your payment. 

As an indication, the times generally observed for deliveries by La Poste are:

  • Metropolitan France: 3 working days
  • Europe / outside Europe: 5 to 15 working days.

To return your order and make a refund request, there are a few simple steps to follow:

  • make your request via our contact form, specifying your order number in the subject of the message

My Gemmissime jewel

We carefully choose the beads for our Gemmissime creations: crystal gemstones or organic gems, such as freshwater pearls and mother-of-pearl, these are all natural gemstones. They may, however, have been treated to enhance their color and their natural beauty. The slight variations in color between the beads and their possible small imperfections on the surface or in their transparency remain a guarantee of authenticity and make your Gemmissime jewel a unique jewel. Because natural stones are more sensitive to shocks than acrylic beads, we recommend keeping your Gemmissime jewelry in its case or pouch when you are not wearing it.

We mainly use gold or silver brass and copper wire for jewelry, with anti-tarnish treatment to keep your jewelry shiny for as long as possible. Some pieces are also made with elements or chains made of gold or silver stainless steel. We also use resin for certain creations. The main material used is specified on the product description.

Gemmissime jewelry is carefully designed and handcrafted with gemstones in France in small series ; each piece of jewelry is a unique piece. Here are some tips that will help you keep your jewelry shiny for longer:

  • Clean your jewelry regularly with the Gemmissime cloth or any other soft, dry cloth.
